Pure Sun Villa is located in Davenport, Florida, in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park, which is within the villages of Legacy Park.

Legacy Park is located along highway 27, easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike, the I-4 highway, or highway 192.  It is close to Disney, shops, restaurants and golf courses.

Highgate Park is the last community on the left inside Legacy Park. It is well-maintained, quiet and peaceful. It is the only gated community in Legacy Park and it employs a private security company to give you peace of mind during your stay.

Once you arrive, you will have to input a code in order to open the gate. This code will be given with your final arrival information.

Directions from Orlando International Airport

  1. Go south on AIRPORT BLVD WEST toward TERMINAL (0.8 miles)
  2. Stay straight to go onto AIRPORT EXIT (0.2 miles)
  3. AIRPORT EXIT becomes SOUTH ACCESS ROAD (3.3 miles)
  4. SOUTH ACCESS ROAD becomes BOGGY CREEK ROAD (0.6 miles)
  5. Merge onto CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENWAY/FL-417 SOUTH (toll road, please have change)(16.1 miles)
  6. Merge onto Interstate 4 West (I-4) (5.5 miles)

  1. Go south on RED CLEVELAND BLVD toward EAST AIRPORT ROAD (1.4 miles)
  2. Turn right onto EAST LAKE MARY BLVD (1.7 miles)
  3. Turn left onto CR-427/RONALD REAGAN BLVD (0.3 miles)
  4. Merge onto CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY/FL-417 SOUTH via the ramp on the left toward ORLANDO (toll road, please have change)(48.2 miles)
  5. Merge onto Interstate 4 West (I-4)(8.9 miles)

  1. Take Exit 58 (Kissimmee) and turn RIGHT at the end of the Interstate Ramp
  2. Take CHAMPIONS GATE BLVD (Pass the Publix Super Market) (0.8 miles)
  3. Turn RIGHT onto RONALD REAGAN PARKWAY/COUNTY ROAD 54 (2.1 miles)
  4. Turn RIGHT onto US 27 North (4.5 miles)
  5. Turn LEFT onto Legacy Park Blvd (LEGACY PARK ESTATE)
  6. Turn LEFT onto Highgate Park Blvd.
  7. Turn LEFT onto Lancaster Drive (second left)
  8. Arrive at 227 Lancaster Drive - Pure Sun Villa!
